- Assist in the maintenance and support of PC hardware, software, printers/copiers, and projectors.
- Provide 1st level support for all desktop and desktop applications.
- Monitor dispatched service desk calls for assistance.
- Participate in research, implementation and testing of OS and application patches and hot fixes.
- Assist in coordination of changes, upgrades and new products.
- Manage and report time spent on all work activities.
- BS or BA in Business related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience as first level support and point of contact for IT problems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
